We work to keep delivery charges reasonable while ensuring that fresh meat is transported using appropriate temperature-controlled handling.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
The Meat Legacy prioritizes fresh preparation over stored inventory. We do not hold meat in cold storage for extended periods. Instead, meat is procured and prepared specifically for your order, helping us maintain the freshness and quality we aim to deliver.
Orders placed before our 9:00 PM cut-off are scheduled for delivery by 11:00 AM the following day. We recommend placing your order in advance so we can source, prepare and pack it specifically for your scheduled delivery.

Can I select a delivery date?
Yes, subject to availability.
Customers can select from the available delivery dates when placing an order. Available dates may vary depending on your location, order requirements and delivery capacity.
We recommend placing your order early if you require delivery on a particular date.
Can I schedule recurring deliveries?
Yes. The Meat Legacy offers weekly recurring deliveries for customers who prefer a regular supply of fresh meat for their pets.
Select or arrange your preferred weekly delivery schedule and we’ll prepare your order according to the agreed delivery cycle. Weekly scheduling is particularly convenient for customers following a regular feeding plan.
What happens if I’m not home?
Because The Meat Legacy delivers fresh, perishable products, we strongly recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.
If you are unable to receive your order, contact us as early as possible. Redelivery may be subject to availability and additional delivery charges.
How is fresh meat kept at the appropriate temperature during delivery?
The Meat Legacy uses temperature-controlled handling and appropriate insulated packaging to help maintain product freshness during transportation.
Orders are packed and handled with the objective of maintaining an appropriate temperature from preparation through delivery.
Customers should follow the storage instructions provided with the product immediately upon receiving their order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or at an inappropriate temperature?
If your order arrives with damaged packaging, leakage, or you have concerns about the product’s temperature or condition, please do not feed the product to your pet until the issue has been assessed.
Contact The Meat Legacy as soon as possible after delivery, with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the concern and work with you and, where applicable, the delivery service provider to determine an appropriate resolution.
As deliveries may be handled by independent third-party delivery partners, certain aspects of transportation are outside our direct control. However, we take product quality and customer concerns seriously and will make every reasonable effort to assist.

Once your order and payment are successfully confirmed, your delivery will be scheduled for the designated delivery day serving your area.
Orders are prepared and organised according to our delivery zones and are delivered before 11:00 AM on the scheduled day.
Orders received after the applicable cut-off time will automatically move to the next available delivery day for that area.
You will receive an update when your order is ready for delivery.

Each area is served on a designated delivery day.
Deliveries are completed before 11:00 AM.
Unpaid or incomplete orders are not added to the delivery schedule.
Orders received/confirmed after the cut-off move to the next scheduled delivery day.
Delivery timing may be affected by traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order cut-off is 9:00 PM, approximately 36 hours before delivery. This allows us to source from carefully selected suppliers, with preparation, portioning and packing completed on the day of delivery.
